Hey all,

My name is Dave, 31 years old and I live in the Netherlands. I registered to Tahititatou about 6 months ago because I wanted te get a Polynesian tattoo but wanted to know a little bit more about the meaning and history.

About two months ago I finally got my first tattoo. It's done bij Jim Orie http://www.tahititatou.com/artist-nl-jim_orie.html and I'm really pleased with it!
Here's a link to my personal album with some pictures of it: http://www.tribaltattooforum.com/album_personal.php?user_id=3432

Now I'm already thinking about getting a second one ;-) Maybe by Rob Deut http://www.robdeut.com/ or even thinking about taking a trip to Tahiti :-D

Welcome to the forum...Nice tat!...So much for going small and getting inked in a less sensitive area for your first tattoo!!...
